Udyam Registration is the official government registration for micro, small, and medium enterprises in India. It is free, entirely online, Aadhaar-based, and mandatory for availing benefits under various MSME schemes. Udyam-registered enterprises get priority lending, reduced interest rates, protection against delayed payments, and eligibility for all MSME subsidies.

Eligibility

Any enterprise engaged in manufacturing or services with investment and turnover within MSME limits: Micro (investment up to ₹1 crore, turnover up to ₹5 crore), Small (investment up to ₹10 crore, turnover up to ₹50 crore), Medium (investment up to ₹50 crore, turnover up to ₹250 crore).
